The business planning
reports are a collection of analysts reports
on businesses - that the everyday person would otherwise engage in,
or certain types of business that are commonly engaged upon by
entrepreneurs - which have extensively examined the issues involved
in such businesses with the object of eliciting issues and some
pitfalls to be mindful of, as well as some considerations that could
lead to successful venture start up; and therefore suggested
approaches to solving these problems in order to start and grow a
successful business.
The object of the reports
here is, most importantly of all, to elicit the general sequencing of business entities
development
steps involved in any Business-entity Founding Start-up, whether or not there is
financial high risk.

The Phases
of Founding Business-Entity
A critical aspect of
starting a new business that the reports focus on is the Execution
Phase. This phase of a business start-up is often not properly
planned for and as a result poorly executed leading to the failure
of most businesses. The issues involved in the execution Phases are
carefully analyzed and then suggestion offered towards overcoming
these issues. In
general, every business or venture development goes through three
phases of the Start-Up Stage:
the
business-entity development steps that need to be
well-understood - in the same depth as the analyses given -
and adeptly managed for the would-be business owner to successfully
developed a thriving business, and each with its peculiarities and
pitfalls that must be adeptly circumvented by the business owner to
be successful; and the business development planning reports
provided have essentially followed these phases in eliciting the
development of each business.
